John Sleigh trained, qualified and worked as a Chartered Certified Accountant in Industry, the Profession and Commerce with Reed International, Arthur Young McClelland Moores (now Ernst & Young) and Jonathan Cape before switching to Selection Consultancy.
He has now had over twenty-five years experience and was initially trained by one of Recruitment's first innovative entrepreneurs who had established a multi-disciplined consultancy where professionals recruited professionals within their own disciplines. He then led a team that acquired the Accountancy and Finance division before going alone in 1993 initially in association with Phillips & Carpenter. In 2000 he started operating as Sleigh Select.
He is married with two sons and is fanatical about sport, especially cricket, as well as the arts, literature and photography.
